The sophrology practice can induce a state of relaxation and help me mobilize my own resources and / or strengthen them, develop them, "use" them to... manage my emotions and my health for example.
As many practices, the repetitions will enable me to enhance my learning and its effects.
An art of living to get to know myself better and live in harmony with myself and others. A little bite of self enquiry can do good.
My breathing, the here and now and the suspension of judgment will accompany me during the different degrees:

Le 1r: I live the experience of concentrating on my bodily sensations, after having stimulated my body.

The 2m: I live the experience of the contemplation of what I feel.

The 3m: I live the meditative experience by harmonizing my sensations and my feelings which will perhaps allow me to develop my capacities and my intuition.
